One of the Training Courses we provide to all of our customers is the Implementation 101 Training Course. Login to your Lead Management System, then click on the Training Tab, and you'll see the link for the course.

We'll take you through two days of training at your own pace with our easy to listen to audio files. You'll learn the 3 Phases of working a lead, Ice Breakers, 3 Techniques, QDC, Role Playing, Predictable Patterns, and more. All of the audio files ares split into different files for you to download and listen to at your convenience.
